The Parade of Ribbons, also known as “America’s Celebration of Life” held in Atlanta GA (or any other city wishing to support), each year in September to celebrate survivors of many diseases and carry the camaraderie, inspiration and goodwill developed across America from this parade well into the holidays season. The parade will include beautifully decorated motorized floats from each organization that advocate and support certain diseases such as The American Cancer Society, Lupus Foundation, Susan Komen, etc…, actual survivors ridding and walking along side floats, marching bands from local colleges and high schools, community support groups and equestrian units. It is produced by the nonprofit I Am Beautiful Women’s Foundation Corp.
Media Coverage: Parade of Ribbons will be watched in person by thousands of spectators on the parade route, and will be broadcast on multiple television networks and multi-media live streams in the United States. It will be seen in the future by millions more on television worldwide in more than 100 international territories and countries.
Date for Event: The 1st edition of the annual Parade of Ribbons, 2020 presented by I Am Beautiful Women’s Foundation will take place September 26, 2020 at 10am Eastern Time in Atlanta Georgia’s Old Fourth Ward Park across from Ponce City Market, with a theme of “America’s Celebration of Life “.
